1. Refund Policy

WebMantra Technologies follows a strict no refund policy.

• All payments made for services are non-refundable.
• Once a project or service has been initiated, refunds cannot be issued.
• Clients are advised to review project scope and agreements carefully before making payment.

This policy applies to all services including development, digital marketing, CRM software, hosting services, and consulting.

2. Advance Payment Terms

All development and consulting projects require the following payment structure:

• 50% advance payment before the start of any work.
• Remaining 50% payment upon project completion before final delivery.

Failure to complete the final payment may result in suspension of service delivery or withholding of project assets until payment is completed.

3. Subscription Services

Some services such as SaaS CRM software, hosting services, and marketing packages operate on a yearly subscription basis.

• Subscriptions are billed annually.
• No refunds will be issued once a subscription period has started.
• Clients may cancel subscription services by providing a 30 days written notice before renewal.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services by submitting a written cancellation request via email.

• A minimum 30 days notice period is required for subscription cancellations.
• Cancellation does not entitle the client to any refund for services already provided.

5. Hosting Services

Hosting services offered by WebMantra Technologies are provided through third-party hosting providers.

Refunds cannot be issued for hosting services once purchased or activated.

6. Taxes

All services are subject to applicable taxes under Indian law.

Currently, 18% GST is applicable on all services offered by WebMantra Technologies.
