The scope of each service will be defined in a separate project agreement or service contract.

3. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required before starting any project.
• Remaining 50% payment must be completed upon project completion before delivery.

All services are subject to 18% GST as per Indian tax regulations.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Refund Policy

WebMantra Technologies does not offer refunds for any services once payment has been made. Clients are advised to review service agreements carefully before making payment.

5. Subscription & Recurring Services

The following services may operate on yearly subscription models:

• SaaS CRM Software
• Hosting Services
• Digital Marketing Packages

Clients may cancel subscription services by providing a 30 days written notice before renewal. No refunds will be provided for partially used service periods.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership of project deliverables such as website code, design assets, software modules, and digital content will be transferred to the client only if clearly agreed upon in a written agreement before project initiation.

WebMantra Technologies may retain ownership of reusable frameworks, libraries, and internal tools used during development.

7. Hosting and Third-Party Services

Hosting services are generally provided through third-party providers.

WebMantra Technologies does not guarantee uptime or availability of third-party hosting services. Any downtime or technical failures from hosting providers are outside our control.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements
• Submitting content and assets required for development
• Providing timely feedback and approvals
• Maintaining secure access credentials

Client delays may extend project timelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

WebMantra Technologies shall not be responsible for:

• Indirect damages
• Loss of revenue or business
• Data loss
• Third-party service failures
• Hosting or server downtime

10. Service Termination

WebMantra Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment obligations are not fulfilled or if services are misused.

Clients may terminate services by providing 30 days written notice where applicable.

11. Changes to Terms

WebMantra Technologies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata.
